Whose body movement challenges require extra surface area to support themselves. Athletes, people who are 6' or more and weigh in excess of 250 lbs. Those who have a heavier lower body/thighs such as skiers, rowers, hockey and football players, weight lifters. This 2" wider base may work better if you have already used the 1"or 2" Premium size and you have improved back flexibility or could not feel your abs and core engage. You may also choose this if you want more balance support and only use this for your pelvis and hips and not the core exercises.
